• Delivery times may vary depending on the location, product availability, and courier partner.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during checkout or quotation.

Return Policy

We take great care to deliver high-quality filtration equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Return Guidelines:

• Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
• Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Once inspected and approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund (as applicable).

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made filtration systems, used equipment, or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping: In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
